Fall Staff Picks- Part 1…

It may be time to pick apples….   

And soon it will be time to pick pumpkins… 

But it’s always time to pick a book from the Staff Picks section! 

Each staff member recommends 6-8 books to highlight for you, and the list is printed for you to take along as you look for something new to read.  Only 3 picks from each staff member are listed here, so look for the brochure on the shelf where the picks are located near the computers.

Dana’s Picks…

A Small Thing…but Big by Tony Johnston      E JOH  In this sweet story, Lizzie goes to the park with her mom and meets an elderly man with a dog that Lizzie fears. The elderly man helps Lizzie overcome her fears one step at a time.
